Governors have a responsibility for the strategic direction of the school. In real terms this means that they should have a clear view about how they see the school developing over the next five years and which priorities they are likely to have to face. It will have a direct impact on items of significant expenditure and help to plan for these in the longer term.
- To consider a ‘framework’ to help set the strategic direction of the school
- To explore how the strategic plan operates alongside the school development plan and the school’s action plans
- To understand how the strategic plan can be monitored and evaluated over time
Cancellation of a booking can be made either in writing or by email giving at least five days’ notice. Telephone cancellations are accepted but should be followed up in writing or by email.
A cancellation charge of £40 will be charged where five days’ notice has not been given. Non-attendance is also charged at £40.
In the rare event of a course being cancelled, we will contact you. The minimum number required to run a course is eight participants.
