“Due to the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR),
Leicestershire County Council (Leicestershire Traded Services) will require all customers that buy back either one or several services to provide consent to personal data being processed by Leicestershire County Council on behalf of the establishment.

To enable us to
do this, we will require each customer to read the Leicestershire County Council - customer Data Processing Agreement along with the accompanying Appendix for the service(s) that each academy buys back to.

Please could each establishment download and sign the
Leicestershire County Council - customer Data Processing Agreement Signature Document to confirm that you have read, understood and are happy with data that is processed on behalf of the establishment by Leicestershire County Council (Leicestershire Traded Services) and that the establishment agrees that the new GDPR-compliant clauses are incorporated into the existing Agreement(s) between the establishment and Leicestershire County Council.
Once the Academy Data
Processing Agreement Signature Document has been completed, each establishment will have to return it to Leicestershire County Council via the Leicestershire County Council Secure File Transfer System (AVCO). Please could the signed Signature Document be sent as an Ad Hoc Document and addressed for the attention of the LEAMIS Service Desk.”
